 What is
Southend Together?

 

Southend Together is the Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) for Southend.

 

It is an agreement between public sector agencies; the business sector; and the voluntary and community sector to work together to improve the quality of life and opportunities for all people who live and work in the Borough.

 

 

Key agencies involved in Southend Together include Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, NHS South East Essex, Essex Police (Southend Division) and Southend Association of Voluntary Services (SAVS).
 
Southend Together is responsible for developing and delivering the Sustainable Community Strategy , a ten year vision for improving Southend.  The Local Area Agreement (LAA) is a set of targets agreed with central government for three years that form part of the improvement plan for Southend.
